A wedding at Alila Diwa Goa has a way of bringing together everything we love about destination wedding photography - beautiful surroundings, vibrant celebrations, intimate family moments and the freedom to let the day unfold naturally.

Viraat and Devangi's wedding was exactly that.

Set against the lush tropical landscape of Goa, their celebration brought together colour, energy, emotion and effortless moments. Through the lens of Studio RDP, their Alila Diwa Goa wedding was photographed as a story - not simply as a series of ceremonies, portraits and details, but as a collection of moments that genuinely felt like them.

As one of Goa's sought-after wedding venues, Alila Diwa Goa offers a distinctive setting for couples planning a destination wedding. Its tropical landscape, open spaces, natural light and contemporary architecture create an elegant backdrop for wedding photography while allowing the celebrations to remain at the centre of the story.

For Viraat and Devangi, every celebration had its own personality.

From the energy of their Haldi to the quieter interactions between family and friends, there was a wonderful sense of spontaneity throughout the wedding. As a Goa wedding photographer, our approach was to observe those moments rather than over-direct them.

The Haldi was one of the most energetic parts of Viraat and Devangi's Goa wedding.

Surrounded by their closest friends and family, the celebration quickly became a canvas of colour, laughter and playful chaos. These are the moments where candid wedding photography truly comes alive — when nobody is thinking about creating a photograph.

For Studio RDP, photographing a Haldi is about more than documenting the rituals.

It is about capturing the reactions around them.

Our visual approach combines the honesty of documentary wedding photography with the considered composition of fine art wedding photography.

For Viraat and Devangi, this meant moving naturally between candid photographs, intimate portraits, wedding details and wider images that captured the atmosphere of Alila Diwa Goa.

The aim was never to make every photograph look overly styled.

Instead, we wanted the images to feel refined while remaining connected to the actual experience of the day.
